These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tripon (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, mobile experience, and AI-powered travel planning features. By creating an account or using Tripon, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Tripon provides AI-generated travel itineraries, recommendations, and additional trip-related features. You agree to use Tripon only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tripon. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Tripon offers Free, Basic, and Premium subscription plans. Paid plans include monthly or yearly billing options.

  • All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy.
  • Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
  • Refunds are subject to LemonSqueezy’s refund policy; Tripon does not independently issue refunds.

5. AI-Generated Content

Tripon uses third-party AI providers to generate travel itineraries and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may sometimes contain inaccuracies or outdated information.
  • You should independently verify critical travel details such as opening hours, prices, local regulations, and safety conditions.
  • Tripon is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use Tripon to generate unlawful or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service
  • Share or sublicense your account
  • Interfere with the platform or its security systems
  • Use Tripon for commercial itinerary generation or resale

7. Intellectual Property

The Tripon brand, logo, website, design, and underlying technologies are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to Tripon, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Travel plans and recommendations are generated for informational purposes only.

10. Third-Party Services

Tripon integrates with third-party platforms including LemonSqueezy, OpenAI, Vercel, and Neon. By using Tripon, you also agree to the terms and policies of these providers.

11. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect misuse. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Macedonia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tripon after changes means you accept the updated version.
